The best gag of the week?

Well, we finally found a way to keep Piers Morgan silent this morning when Paul Zerdin and his adorable puppet Sam skipped into the studio.

Paul took the U.S by storm after winning America's Got Talent and joined us to talk about his exciting up and coming UK tour.

It's fair to say that the Paul and Sam took complete control of the interview after gagging our presenters and forcing them to make very interesting revelations...

Carol also opened up about the death of her mother, who recently passed away from cancer, and praised her mum for always supporting her throughout her career.

"She was an amazing lady and was always with me," she said. "She’s worked with me since I was 25 and lived with me, so I miss her terribly.

"But there was nothing left unsaid or undone, and as she would say, "Its not a tragedy, I'm nearly 89 and have had a great life."'
