Salmon fillets (140g each) in Asian marinade (marinade for 4: mix together 4tbsp reduced salt soy sauce; 4tsp sesame seed oil; 1 clove crushed garlic; handful of chopped fresh coriander; 2cm piece of ginger, peeled and finely chopped).
Make 4 parcels out of foil, place each fillet in foil and top with marinade). Put in oven 180C for 20 mins.
Cook 40g of rice per person as per instructions. Top salmon and sauce onto rice. Serve with steamed vegetables.
