According to the organisation, taking sick days or giving up work altogether are the only options for some parents during their children's six week summer break. Experts say a combination of unaffordable prices, lack of holiday childcare and inflexible employers is not only causing stress for parents, but also has a knock on effect for UK businesses and the economy.
