Is the high street making a comeback?

In recent years, we've seen a steady decline in the high street - in fact, in the last 14 years, 25,000 town centre shops have shut, but now it seems our high streets may be making a comeback.

A new report shows more people are shunning big out of town superstores and spending their money locally. We spoke to high streets minister MP Penny Mordaunt.
