Airbus threaten to pull out of UK if there’s no Brexit deal
The aircraft manufacturer Airbus has warned it could pull out of the UK of no Brexit deal is struck, threatening 14,000 directly employed staff and more than one hundred thousand jobs in the supply chain.
Tom Williams, the CEO of Airbus Commercial Aircraft said: “Put simply, a no-deal scenario directly threatens Airbus’s future in the UK.”
This recent announcement piles even more pressure on Theresa May to get a good Brexit deal.
It’s nearly two years on from Brexit and an exclusive poll from Good Morning Britain said the majority of voters would now choose to remain in the European Union if they had a second chance to vote.
