Mo's raising money with champions

Mo Farah and wife Tania join us this morning ahead of a star studded event happening this week, a night of champions, which is raising money for the Mo Farah Foundation.

The couple set up the charity after the Olympics when they went to Somalia, they also fund up and coming athletes in this country.

Golden glory for GB at European Championships

Olympic champion Mo Farah has won another gold medal for Great Britain, claiming first place in a wet and windy men's 10,000 metres at the European Championships.

And it was a double celebration for the British team as Andy Vernon claimed silver after overtaking Turkey's Ali Kaya in the last few metres.

Sprinter James Dasaolu claimed his first major medal with victory in the 100 metres; his time of 10.06 seconds beat fellow Brit Harry Aikines-Aryeetey, who won bronze.

Teams for Invictus Games announced today

The teams for the Invictus Games will be announced today, 400 competitors and 14 countries will take part, all injured, wounded or sick servicemen and women.

The Invictus Games are Prince Harry's idea after he went to the Warrior Games in Colorado last year, the Games open in a month. We spoke to marine reservist and bike mechanic Don MacLean who is competing.

Nicola's Commonwealth's golden girl

To be able to create history once is amazing. To be able to do it twice is exceptional.

It's fair to say Nicola Adams is one of many success stories of England's all-conquering Commonwealth Games campaign. The 31-year-old came home with the first ever women's boxing gold medal, to go with the Olympic gold she won two years ago and the MBE she was awarded in 2013.

She speaks to Good Morning Britain about her many accolades.
