TVs using Freesat
Please note that, from the end of November, we will be closing our Freesat app on some devices. You can still watch your favourite ITV shows on our website and mobile apps, as well as other connected TV devices.
Keep checking back here for updates on how you can keep using the ITV Hub app on your Freesat device.
Connected TV app update
If you have recently started experiencing playback issues such as freezing, buffering and skipping on your smart TV, please ensure you have the latest version of the ITV Hub app installed, and check for any updates on your TV.

Chromecast from a PC/Mac
Great news! You can now cast programmes from the ITV Hub website on a PC/Mac to your TV using Chromecast. Make sure you've downloaded the Google Home app onto your PC/Mac, then simply click on the Chromecast icon when playing a video and enjoy your favourite shows on the big screen.
Live Channels on Samsung TVs
Samsung TV users can now watch live streams of ITV channels (that's ITV, ITV2, ITVBe, ITV3, ITV4 and CITV) via the ITV Hub app. Simply navigate to the 'Channels' section within the app and start streaming your favourite shows!
Apple TV App
Have you heard the news? Soon you’ll be able to catch up with your favourite ITV shows on your Apple TV. We’re working away building the app right now so watch this space!
Videos not playing on Internet Explorer
Viewers may experience some issues trying to watch programmes on our website using Internet Explorer as their browser. If this happens, please ensure you have the latest version of Internet Explorer and the latest Windows software.
If the problems persist, please use a alternative browser such as Chrome or Firefox
Video clips not playing on show sites
If you are experiencing problems watching videos on the show pages of our website, please ensure that Flash is installed and enabled, and refresh the page. Once Flash is enabled the videos should play immediately.

AirPlay / Mirroring / HDMI
Apple mirroring facilities including HDMI and Lightning cables are not supported by the ITV Hub. These features may have worked previously, however the feature is not yet fully supported and may stop working or work intermittently.

The Real Housewives brand: only The Real Housewives of Cheshire is available on iOS devices.
The Ellen Degeneres Show is available on our website, however only via the Internet Explorer browser.
The UEFA Champions League and Europa League Highlights are only available for 24 hours after broadcast.
