You, the public, have voted Helen to face a second Bushtucker Trial, this one being named 'Cruelty Towers.'
Based in a jungle hotel (Cruelty Towers rather than Fawlty Towers, see?), Helen must work her way through the hotel's rooms - a reception and four bedrooms - collecting stars as she goes.
Ten stars are up for grabs, which means a possible ten meals for the ravenous Celebrity campmates.
The snag? Helen isn't the only hotel guest. The rooms are filled with a range of jungle critters, including snakes, massive spiders, a crocodile - and an ostrich.
Faced with enormity of the task, Helen had a wobble: "I need a few minutes. I'm scared. It just makes me want to go home.. I just really want people to stop voting for me. I'm not happy at all. I don't want to do it."
But then she gathered her courage, and went for it.
But did she stay checked-in for long?
