It was like having déjà vu: Linda looked relieved all over again at not being chosen for the next Trial - and David looked equally downcast, as if it's some sort of personal insult not to be chosen for a Trial.
And, again, it was announced that Helen is the chosen one for the next Bushtucker Trial.
True to form, the Celebrities rallied round their so-called 'baby' of the camp, trying to put a positive spin on things for her.
"Rats are so nice, so sweet..." Hugo said of the shudder-inducing Trial name 'Rodent Run.'
"Now listen!" Rosemary cajoled Helen, pulling her close to her buxom busom and issuing soothing words.
We'd like to report on Helen's response, but there wasn't one - we reckon she was too busy trying to breathe with the sheer force of Rosemary's bone-crushing hug...
