In an I'm A Celebrity... first, Helen competed in seven consecutuve trials, and took the nickname of Failing Flanagan.
However, the bush babe told Ant & Dec "I'm proud of myself because I think I my best."
However, the actress soon turned her story around when faced with her Live Trial and managed to win a succession of stars for camp - and also bringing back a full house of 12 stars during Deadly Deliveries.
Trials aside, Helen was also infamous for her soapy jungle showers and bikini-busting bush moments.
