Helen and Nadine arrived at their second trial to be greeted by hosts Ant and Dec, who informed then that they’d already made I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! history: it was the first time that neither camp had eaten the previous night.
A music box was played five times, signalling the arrival of five meals, each with a nursery rhyme theme.
The first course was Little Miss Muffet - and the Celebrities were faced with the prospect of eating a baked spider. Helen squealed and said “It’s not a small spider, its massive. I don’t like spiders." After trying a small bit Helen decided to pass, but Nadine managed to eat it.
The second course was an Eeny meeny miny mo... camel’s toe. Nadine went for it and, with encouragement from Helen, polished it off. Helen attempted the dish, but spat it out -losing another point.
The third course in the themed Trial was Humpty Dumpty and featured a fermented duck egg. Helen decided to give it a go, complained it was disgusting, but managed to swallow the whole egg and actually won her first point. Nadine failed the task and lost a point for her team.
The fourth was Hot Cross Bums: an ostrich anus. Both attempted the challenge, both gagged throughout - and both won a point!
The final dish was Baa Baa Black Sheep - bush oysters, also known as lamb’s testicles. Helen completed the 'meal', but so did Nadine, making her the Trial winner, and four meals for camp...
