Joe Swash makes it every year. He's upbeat and just is himself. The show (either) of them wouldn't be the same without him. Don’t go back in the jungle Joe, your much more needed to do the show. You’ll always be our "King".

The way Helen Flanagan has evolved in the jungle. At the beginning she was a nervous wreak but eventually she overcome it and got tougher as weeks went on. Hugo went from being high class to real life, which I found, must have been a life changer, even learning new life skills for the group.
