Beware bogus callers.

We have been notified that some members of the public have received bogus calls suggesting they have been selected for a 60 Minute Makeover – and then asking various questions about their home. We believe this may be as a prelude to a sales pitch for a new kitchen or home improvements.

Please note that we NEVER make ‘cold calls’ to members of the public about makeovers. We only contact people who have applied to us for a makeover for a friend or family member and enter into our selection process.  All our makeovers are completed as a surprise for the homeowner and therefore our contact is always with the family member or friend who applies not the person receiving the makeover.

If you or a member of your family receive a call of a suspicious nature then please notify us by emailing 60minutemakeover@itv.com and inform your local police force.
