Craig Phillips
In 2000, watched by over 10 million viewers, Craig received 3.7 million votes on the final night becoming C4’s first Big Brother winner and he donated his £70,000 prize money to a Downs Syndrome friend Joanne Harris.
His public appeal and vast construction knowledge were immediately spotted and he was drafted in as a resident expert on various TV programmes. Prior to 2000 Craig run his own building company throughout the 1990’s.
Craig has now presented and appeared on over 800 shows for all major broadcasters, reaching millions of viewers on a daily basis throughout Europe and as far as Korea, New Zealand and the USA. He has filmed across the world destinations including; Falkland Islands, Germany, Cyprus, Kosovo, Bosnia, Canada, France, Germany, Spain and Ascension Island. He joined the team on 60 Minute Makeover in 2007 and has filmed countless shows across the UK meeting some very deserving surprisee’s and their families.
In 2005, Craig set up the largest independent construction training centre in the North West. The 25,000 square foot facility was designed and built by Craig and his team to simulate a real construction site environment and was formally opened by Cherie Blair. The centre now close to 100,000 square feet, trains up to 500 students per day and is part of the National Construction Academy.
Craig has to date raised over £500,000 for charities taking part in many dare devil challenges from skydiving to shark diving, wing walking to bungee jumping. He is a patron of the Downs Syndrome Association and an ambassador for the national road safety charity Brake!
2009 has seen Craig the release of his autobiography My Story: Building Beyond Big Brother as well as racing around the UK on the new series of 60 Minute Makeover.

Phil Turner
Phil Turner is a British DIY expert and presenter. He first became famous after appearing on the Big Breakfast and winning their competition to become 'Builder of the Week'. He most famously appeared on the BBC DIY programme House Invaders and also many Living TV programmes such as Design ER. The channel have even held "Phil T Weekends" which show all the programmes he has appeared in. In 2005 he appeared in the ITV wrestling competition Celebrity Wrestling. In December 2005 Gary married his long term partner and TV Presenter Phil Turner in a lavish ceremony at London's Grosvenor Hotel. This was of course covered by OK! Magazine and the edition became one of OK!'s biggest selling Issues of 2006.
Most recently they have bought a beautiful house which they have totally remodelled themselves.

Steve Dedman
Steve Dedman is the managing director of London based Corporate Colours (Decorators) Ltd, one of the UK's leading painting and decorating companies specialising in producing high quality finishes for discerning clients, including many of the country’s top interior designers.
Recent projects carried out include working alongside 60mm designer Derek Taylor at the high profile Clink Restaurant in Highdown Prison, Surrey, and on an ITV produced television advertisement for Dulux Paints with former 60mm presenter Claire Sweeney, who also is one of Steve’s many celebrity clients.
Steve worked as an engineer in the aerospace industry in the UK and Australia for seven years before attending Vauxhall College in London for three years. He attained the highest exam result in the country for that year, 1992, which won him the City & Guilds of London Institute First Prize in Painting and Decorating, and subsequently the Worshipful Company of Painter Stainers Silver Jubilee Medal, which was presented to him at a ceremony in Painters Hall, London, by the then Chairman of the Arts Council of Great Britain, Lord Palumbo.
Steve is a member of the London Association of Master Decorators.
Since having joined 60mm during series five Steve has shown an ability to hang wallpaper at speed whilst still producing the best possible results within the restraints of the very highly pressured 60 minutes allowed. He is always willing to share his technical decorating knowledge with the team, and enjoys passing on useful and handy tips to the viewers.
Outside his hectic work schedule Steve is an accomplished guitarist and avid skier who always tries to make time to get away to the slopes with his wife and three sons.

Jamie Boyce
Jamie’s debut onto our screen will be on the 8th September 2009, with his first appearance on 60 Minute Makeover as a handy man.
Jamie first became a self employed builder/decorator 17 years ago and has recently built his new business from scratch. London Bespoke Builders and Decorators is a thriving and successful business.
Jamie has worked on projects big and small, ranging from large extensions to small redecoration jobs. Jamie has a large range of skills from: Kitchen and Bathroom fitting, Painting and Decorating, Tiling and Wall Papering, Demolitions and rebuilds.
Jamie has enjoyed working with all of the ITV crew and looks forward to working with them again in the future.

Russ Horne
Russ has a background in construction spanning nearly 10 years, he has worked on major projects for many clients including the restoration of Royal country estates outside London.
Russ has an impressive creative flare.  In addition to his construction work he is a keen artist, exhibiting his unique work in galleries and online.  On occasions, Russ’s work is seen adorning the walls after a visit from the 60 Minute Makeover team. 
These final additions add to the stunning interiors he helps to create. With a variety of skills, Russ is a versatile and resourceful addition to any design or building project.

Lee Thoroughgood & Ben Bryant
Lee is a flooring specialist; his successful business has built a large customer base since forming over a decade ago. Lee’s carpet assistant Ben Bryant has been working alongside Lee for the past three years – the cheeky duo work together on and off screen.
They are both favourites with the designers featured on the show, having supplied their clients with luxurious carpets, immaculate wooden flooring and designer vinyl.
Lee and his assistant Ben have the skills and experience to lay floor coverings to the highest standards, even when working to tight deadlines. They are both great characters to work with, always remaining unfazed and working with a smile.

Mark Hazell
Mark set up his own business 25 years ago, in which he was the project manager for Laurel - a main contender within the leisure industry - where he successfully renovated over twenty pubs.
His honest and hardworking approach has earned him a credible reputation among the decorating industry. Mark recently completed the total renovation and re-decoration of a church, where his knowledge and skills were tested; the specification demanded the same techniques used in the design and production of buildings erected in the 19th century.
His first experience of working within the latter was for 60 Minute Makeover in series 1, where his task was to wallpaper one wall; his proficiency in this area has been put to the test regularly since his initial involvement with the programme.
Marks work within the TV industry has not always been exclusive to 60 Minute Makeover; he has also worked for Selling Houses, Selling House Abroad, Junk and Disorderly and Hotel Inspector.  Mark continues to be re-commissioned by a vast number of regular clients which is testament to the standard of the work he carries out and the efficiency of its production.

Wyndham Lucas
Wyndham Lucas started out an actor in his early years, working in small fringe productions in London. When he wasn’t performing on stage he developed a skill for set building. His love of carpentry and set building drew him towards an apprenticeship in carpentry and joinery at the Royal Clarence Dockyard in Portsmouth. Working on sites all over Britain his experience and skill in the construction Industry has grown from strength to strength. He is now a qualified site manager and is a registered member of CIOB Chartered Institute of Building. Wyndham’s knowledge and construction skills have broadened over the years and today he can put his hand to most trades. He has managed prestigious projects including works at St Paul’s Cathedral, Windsor Castle, and the Victoria &Albert Museum. He also runs a local team focussing on domestic projects throughout the south of England. With a flair for interiors he is always on the lookout for his next challenge whether it be extensions, refurbishments, kitchen or bathroom refits. Wyndham really enjoys working with the team on the show as a handyman as it encompasses both his experience and skill from his time in construction. Stewart Parker
Stewart Parker is married, with two small children and lives in Hertfordshire. He is a craftsman with twenty five years experience in joinery and cabinet making. He has worked in conjunction with some of the countries finest designers and his portfolio includes commissions from many celebrities. He has won awards for his restoration work carried out on behalf of several Trusts.
Stewart has worked on numerous editions of Sixty minute makeover, he also has an extensive portfolio of private clientele where he has carried out many household repairs, ranging from making doors, sash-windows, fitted wardrobes and furniture all made to customers specific instructions and to a very high standard.
Stewart is always in great demand and will often be found late at night working in his state-of-the-art workshop.
He has enjoyed his second year on 60 minute makeover and is looking forward to working with the team again

Craig Henniker

Gary Delaney
Gary Delaney runs a successful established joinery business in Leeds "Delaney Projects" which covers; kitchens,bathrooms,bedrooms,lounge,entertainment areas and full property renovations. Gary specializes in how much he can make your space work for your needs as opposed to selling as many units as he can.
Gary has over twenty years experience in construction and design beginning his career with full distinctions in joinery, advanced craft and design at Leeds Building College in 1989.
Gary has developed an exciting idea after his experience with sixty minute makeover and his design background. This design adds another room to your property and can be constructed in most gardens. It's called the sixty minute pod and is fully powered with sockets and lighting,insulated,heated and finished to whatever colour the customer desires! It has hi-tech waterproofing, looks stunning and can be assembled in 60 minutes with the right preparation as to be demonstrated in a future episode of 60mm.

Andy Deakin
After leaving school Andy did a 4 year apprenticeship at Salford College of Technology where he gained an Advanced City & Guilds in Carpentry and Joinery. Since then Andy's gained vast experience including working all over Europe for an exhibition company, working for various building and maintenance companies and refurbishing pubs and restaurants, to name a few.

Andy was then in charge of the internal fit-out of Phase I of John Lennon Airport, Liverpool. Then going self employed, he went from strength to strength, and also now works alongside a Cheshire based interior designer with whom he's just completed an 18 month contract refurbishing a 16th century grade I listed property in Cheshire.

With 25 years of experience, Andy undertakes all aspects of joinery, nothing too big or small and also runs a successful bespoke joinery company www.Deakinbespokejoinery.co.uk, of which he is very proud of.

Daniel Cole
Daniel started in the building trade at 16 labouring and picking up different skills, gaining knowledge and experience while studying in an apprenticeship.
After leaving college at 19 Daniel started work for a building and maintenance company.
Daniel continued to build up his tradesmen skills in joinery, plumbing and general maintenance. He also helped run the business, looking after building sites and helping with the administration.
In 2007 Daniel set up his own handyman business.
Seeing there was a need within Greater Manchester for handyman and maintenance work, he focused on this area. Since then he has gone from strength to strength, working within domestic properties, having on-going contracts with lettings agents and also having contracts with commercial clients within the city centre.
In 2009 Daniel started a commercial maintenance company, DANCAN with Dan Walford. DANCAN is a growing business aiming to meet the maintenance needs of the commercial sector within the northwest.

Daniel Walford
After Leaving university with an engineering degree with honours Dan has been involved in business.
Dan’s knowledge of the building trade started at a young age helping his father who is also a builder in Worcester in the west midlands. He teamed up with his Dad on a couple of projects where he specialised in woodwork and general construction before going it alone in Manchester.
Dan’s hard working & enthusiastic entrepreneurial approach to his work has seen him build up a large portfolio of extensions, renovations and new builds in and around Manchester.
In 2009 Dan started a commercial maintenance company, DANCAN with Daniel Cole. DANCAN is a growing business aiming to meet the maintenance needs of the commercial sector within the northwest.
Dan also achieved a high level of sport involving Rugby and American football and is also a keen musician in his spare time.

Bernard Breslin – Painter & Decorator
Bernard is a self-employed decorator working in the Manchester area and has been involved in decorating for almost 40 years.
Bernard says "It's great to be working within a large team alongside such creative designers. In addition to all this, it is good to know that your work is benefiting such deserving people".
Bernard has been married 33 years to Mary and has 2 daughters, Sarah and Helen, both of whom have now left home to pursue their own careers.

Bernard says "Working on 60mm has been a new and interesting experience to say the least. Although there are quite severe time restrictions we always manage to do a good job and have some fun along the way."

Matthew Moran
Matthew Moran is both a family man and an electrician. 10 years ago he became an electrician out of both enjoyment of theory and hands on work and best of all getting to meet lots of interesting people. His greatest achievement so far is the birth of his daughter in November 2008.

Stephen Dinely
Steve joined 60 Minute Makeover six years ago on series 1. When he's not busy travelling around on makeovers he works at the successful family business ‘Merseyside Carpets’. Steve's farther, Frank, established the business in 1977 and they have worked together ever since. According to Steve there have been many highlights during his time on 60 Minute Makeover, some more challenging then others! He said he was lucky enough to compete and win the title of ‘Guinness World Record of Fastest Carpet Fitter 2008’. Steve takes a huge amount of pride from his work and thoroughly enjoys working with such top interior designers.

John Kavanagh
For John this is his third series as carpet fitter on 60 Minute Makeover. He began 3 years ago when he started work with Stephen at ‘Merseyside Carpets’. John sees himself as a real family man and takes much pleasure in supporting Liverpool football club with his son Steven. He enjoys working with both the designers and the production team and gains much satisfaction from a good job done.

Gareth Williams
Gareth Williams is a decorator for 60 Minute Makeover. He is a 38 years old and has been working in the painting and decorating industry since leaving school. The trade and experience over the years has enabled Gareth to travel and run is own company. Gareth’s company ‘Advent Decorating Contractors’ covers all aspects of painting and decorating, commercial, industrial and domestic work. Gareth says about the show “This is my first series with the current team and I must say what a great pleasure it has been working with such a great bunch of professionals, behind and in front of the camera”.

Frank Dineley / Steve Dineley / John Kavanagh
The company started trading in 1976 providing a freelance carpet fitting service.
They formed Merseyside Carpet Flooring Contractors & Fitters in 1977. Since then they have gone from strength to strength and are now involved with many prestigious companies. 
They have a very reliable team, and take great pride in all their contracts from the small domestic to the larger organisations.

They supply, fit and carry out contracts work to many major companies, ie. local universities, housing associations, National Museums Liverpool, Airbus and many more including specialised carpets for golf clubs etc. 
They also fitted carpets and vinyls for many of the 60 Minute Makeover’s programmes.
