Beer baked salmon method
1. To prepare the salmon; first put in a foil salmon packet.
2. Add a small amount of beer to the packet which will help to create steam.
3. Add the basil, parsley and pepper and place some lemon wedges on top.
4. Fold the top of the packet over to keep in the steam and cook for approximately 12mins.
Barbecued prawns method
1. Pre-light the coals for half hour until grey.
2. To prepare the prawns, skewer them and then pour a small amount of olive oil over.
3. Add seasoning and place on the barbecue then leave to cook, turning occasionally.
4. Once cooked squeeze a roasted lemon wedge over the top.
