Chilli burger
A spiced up version of a barbecue favourite

Ingredients
200g ground fresh minced beef or lamb
1/2 tspn of chilli flakes
1 spring onion chopped
Pinch of fresh rosemary chopped
1 spoon of chopped coriander
Salt and pepper
Burger bun
Sliced tomatoes
Shredded baby gem
Preparation
1. Mix all the above together season well
2. Mould into 4 burgers and leave to set for 20 minutes
3. When ready char grill and serve in a burger bun with sliced tomatoes and shredded lettuce
4. Serve with spicy tomato ketchup.
