Ingredients

Ingredients
115g butter, softened, at room temperature
115g castor sugar, at room temperature
2 eggs, lightly beaten, at room temperature
75g self raising flour
15g cocoa powder
10g cornflour
150mls buttermilk
50g chopped chocolate, not too small
For the topping
10 ice cream cones with a flat bottom
10 large marshmallows
100g milk chocolate, approx
100g chocolate sprinkles, approx

Preparation

1. Pre heat the oven to 190° C , gas5

2. Cream the butter and sugar together, then add the cocoa powder and cornflour
Gradually add the egg (at room temp) and beat well

3. The stir in the buttermilk, then add the flour and chopped chocolate and mix well

4. Next fold in the chopped chocolate

5. Spoon into the cones, nearly full (we want a nice dome on top) then carefully bake in the pre heated oven for 25 minutes

6. Once cooked cool

7. Melt the milk chocolate over a pan of gently simmering water

8. Dip one side of each marshmallow and stick on top of the cone, then repeat for all the cones

9. Finally spoon over the remainder of the chocolate covering the top completely, sprinkle with sprinkles, then chill until the chocolate sets

10. Serve dusted with icing sugar.
