Lamb sausages with spiced onions

RECIPE DETAILS
1. In a saucepan add 2 tbsp olive oil and a knob of butter
2. Add the onions and chilli and caramelize until nicely cooked
3. Add the cumin powder and the honey and red wine vinegar
4. Cook for a further 2 minutes then leave to one side
5. Grill the sausages and serve with the spiced onion compote.
