Chest
Measure the distance just under your boobs and at the top of your rib cage then measure the widest part of your bust.
Waist and hips
Put the tape measure around the smallest part of your torso, which is pinched in. Your hip measurement is the widest part.
Arms and back
For your arms, calculate the distance between the top of your shoulder and your wrist. The back measurements is the distance between your neck and your waist
Height
If you’ve alone, stand against a wall and make a mark in line with the top of your head. Then, just measure that distance to the floor.
