Rosemary Shrager has been running her cookery school for six years to wide acclaim. Now at Swinton Park, a luxury castle hotel in North Yorkshire, she runs both residential and day courses. Her programme suits all interests and levels of experience and ability.

Day programmes focus on techniques and styles of cooking, whilst residentials concentrate on the preparation of food, presentation and mastering essential techniques.
