35ml Gin
50ml apple juice
50ml cranberry juice
15ml elderflower cordial
2 lime squeezes to garnish
Blackberry Gin Martini
35ml Gin
15ml Blackberry liqueur
8 Blackberries
1 blackberry to garnish
Margarita
50ml Tequila
Juice of whole lime
1 orange wedge squeezed
15ml Sugar Syrup
Rock salt to garnish
Mojito
50ml White rum (Bacardi)
Juice of half a lime
15ml Sugar syrup
10 Mint leaves
Top with Soda
Mint sprig to garnish
Traditional Lemonade
Juice of 2 lemons
25ml Sugar Syrup
Top with soda
Lemon wedge to garnish
