The legendary singer is celebrating over 30 years in the music business.

He's gone from learning how to play an old Spanish guitar with five rusty strings in his Newcastle home to performing in front of sell out crowds in arenas worldwide.

Having sold 100 million albums worldwide and the winner of countless awards, Sting takes time out to talk to Holly and Phil about his new album If on a Winter's Night.

This is Sting's first new album in three years. The album is a collection of songs that celebrate and explore the music of winter.

In February 2009 Sting gathered with seven musicians in a Tuscan farmhouse to record the album. Sting is joined on the album by friend and long time colleague guitarist Dominic Miller, and an ensemble of musicians who play instruments including the Northumbrian pipes, Scottish Harp, cello, trumpet and violin.
