Some of the Hollywood icon’s favourite dresses are soon going up for auction.
Nobody pulled off understated elegance like Audrey Hepburn, her style was so graceful and timeless that she is considered a style icon even today.
Next month some of her favourite dresses are up for auction. Auctioneer Kerry Taylor says: "She was the real antithesis of the Hollywood stars of the 50s and 60s like Marilyn Monroe. She had no curves, good height, was completely flat chested, which made her the perfect muse for designers!"
Audrey Hepburn's wardrobe is typified by simplicity and effortless elegance. She became the personification of chic elegance in the 1950s and 60s.
