Honorary Loose woman Stacey Solomon tells us what it's like joining the panel for a day...
"I love being a Loose woman! I actually had a mug with my name on it today which was the highlight of my year - I hope I get to keep it.
The girls are so lovely - it's so nice to be around people who genuinely have a valid opinion, even if it's not the same as yours. But it's great being a guest too, because then I can just jump into whatever they're talking about from the outside.
We have a little meeting in the morning to prepare, but mostly I just eat! The scariest thing about being a Loose woman is that sometimes you know what you want to say, and you know what you're opinion is, but it's just really hard to get it out."
