How should we tackle binge drinking?
Barely a week goes by without some speculation about new plans being drawn up to tackle binge drinking Britain, and todays paper's are awash with the news that Health Minister Anne Milton has called for alcoholic drinks to be made weaker.
In addition, taxes may also be increased on stronger drinks, raising the price per unit.
So do you think watering down booze can really stop Britain's bingers? Is it right that everyone's drinking habits have to change to try ad put an end to the issue - even if they don't have a problem? What else could be done about it?
