Find out more about Carol in her Q&A below:
I’m best known for: Answering number puzzles quickly and having a big bottom
The proudest moment of my career is: The first time I appeared on Countdown when I was 21. I was truly nervous , had no idea what was going on but it was the start of one of the greatest friendships of my life with Richard Whiteley - the Mayor in the Chair or Dick as I preferred to call him.
The first thing I do in the morning is: Turn over and smile
My favourite lunch is: A late lunch starting at 3pm ish and ending about 10pm
The most famous person in my phonebook is: If I told you I'd have to kill you
The actress who would play me in a film about my life is: No-one would bother to make a film about my life... as Richard Whiteley once said 'they were lucky to make my This is Your Life stretch to half an hour... there weren't enough stories to fill it'.
My favourite memory from working on Loose Women is: So many good memories. Donny and Marie Osmond being brilliant, Michael Bolton singing (wowsers), my buddy Alan Carr making me laugh until I couldn't speak!
If I wasn’t presenting Loose Women, I’d be: Flying a little plane somewhere warm and dry
You’d be surprised to learn that: I don't do Sudoku in bed
The one thing I couldn’t live without is: Fresh air and a belly laugh... hang on that's two!!!
