I joined the Loose Women team in 2011. I live in London, Yorkshire and Kent.
During my career I have edited the Independent on Sunday, been a top television executive, as well as a regular in front of the camera as a presenter.
I've battled Gordon Ramsay on The F-Word, politicians on Question Time and the jungle in I'm a Celebrity. This year I made it to the finals of Celebrity Masterchef only just missing out on the title... which we all know I should have won!
I'm best known for: Saying what other people secretly think. Not tolerating pretentiousness in any form.
The proudest moment of my career is: Winning a BAFTA for originality... and editing a serious national newspaper
The first thing I do in the morning is: Remind myself I am fabulous because no one else is going to!
My favourite lunch is: Something I've made from last night's leftovers… I love a cold sausage
The most famous person in my phonebook is: Elton and David
The actress who would play me in a film about my life is: Elton would be perfect, he's already got me down to a T
If I wasn’t presenting Loose Women, I’d be: Moaning about why there wasn't a funny topical show presented by smart women on ITV at weekday lunchtimes
The one thing I couldn’t live without is: My two good luck charms- my little knitted teddy and my devil bendy toy. Unlike people, they never answer back!
