As she returns from her stint filming Benidorm on the Costa Brava, we track down Sherrie to find out what the festive season holds for her
Benidorm was the most amazing experience ever - it was the first time I've lived like that in all my years! When I was in my teens I never did the girly holidays with the nightclubs and the drinking and the Ibiza thing so I've made up for it now. It did wear me out in the end I have to tell you, but I enjoyed every minute of it.
I've been doing Loose Women for 10 years now, so I've lived it for a very long time. I've been getting such amazing messages on Twitter and Facebook - it's been really nice to come home to.
Christmas Day is quite normal for me. This time I'm doing the cooking for my mum, my daughter and her children and her partner, then we'll be off to Llandudno to see my brother and his family. When I was married, I cooked lunch every Christmas for what seemed like every person in the world! But normally nowadays my daughter and her partner do it. This year I'm going to do very large garlic prawns as a starter - I don't know if that's right because I don't know what people are supposed to eat, and I don't know what I'm making for the rest of it, but it's a start!
