LEE RIGBY'S FAMILY PAY TRIBUTE TO THE MURDERED SOLDIER
Murdered soldier Lee Rigby’s mother and sister - Lyn and Courtney - joined Andrea, Janet, Linda and Kelli on the show to talk about living with their grief and the effect of the Manchester bombing on their family.
Lee’s mother Lyn said, 'We’ve learnt to live, how to get through the grief, it’s heart-breaking every single day. The grief doesn’t go away but you do learn to wake up with it, put your mask on and get through every day.'
After the Manchester bombing happened on the anniversary of Lee’s murder, the family were left in shock. Lyn said: 'It hit me hard. We’d been out celebrating Lee’s anniversary. We’d been out for a family meal and having a few drinks. Courtney came downstairs and told me about the bombing. It hit me so hard. We actually stayed up crying all night.'
She added: 'Seeing mums pleading for the safety of their daughters it put me right back to when Lee was killed, not knowing if it was Lee or not. I saw a lady that was pleading for her daughter and it was hours after the bombing and she didn’t know if she was alive. I found out she was a local lady, so we went up to meet Charlotte and Paul [Olivia Campbell’s parents]. Just to give her a hug and say, "I know what you’re going through".'
BRAIN MCFADDEN AND KEITH DUFFY POPPED OUT OF THE ADVENT CALENDAR TODAY TO GIVE US THE LATEST ON THEIR BAND BOYZLIFE.
The boys burst through the advent door decked out in Christmas jumpers and Santa
hats before they dished out sweets to the audience.
The pair confessed that while on their Christmas tour they share a dressing room.
Keith said: "We share everything!" The pair also revealed they have 21 number ones between them from their former days in Westlife and Boyzone.
The duo even got Janet involved in the festive fun when they joined the panel to play 'Poop the Potato,' a game that involved them carrying potatoes between their thighs, before depositing them into buckets.

BARONESS KARREN BRADY JOINED US TO TALK ALL THINGS APPRENTICE AND BEING A WOMAN IN THE BUSINESS WORLD INCLUDING THE GENDER PAY GAP.
Karren joined Ruth, Janet and Denise to talk about the latest series of The Apprentice.
Karren talked about working in the world of business as a woman saying 'When I started out and I wanted to buy the football club I said to my chairman, there's this football club for sale. If you buy it I'll run it and he said 'Football? That's very male dominated?' You have to be twice as good as the men to be seen as half as good, so luckily that's not that difficult!'
Speaking about the semi final she said 'It's really great to have five women in the semi-final! It's showing that, us women, can do anything we want, that we can achieve anything we set our minds to and we're going for it!'
