I'm A Celeb's James McVey plans to get married! "Harry Redknapp has inspired me to propose to my girlfriend Kirstie!"

THE VAMPS' JAMES MCVEY ON HIS JUNGLE EXPERIENCE AND POPPING THE QUESTION

James revealed I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! campmate Harry Redknapp has motivated him to propose to his girlfriend Kirstie.

“Harry and Sandra are the true love story. It’s very easy for us all to think it doesn’t exist. But it really does," James from The Vamps told us. "They met when they were 17, courted for four years, then got married. They’re definitely the example that’s made me realise Kirstie and I are very happy with what we’ve got and we want to kind of do it really. He’s given me the inspiration to take the next step. No [I haven’t proposed yet].

“It’s funny actually, Kirstie had a ring with her, not the ring, [but she] had a ring and wore it on that finger without thinking anything of it. When we were papped leaving the hotel everyone thought we’d got engaged. I think soon. I need to get the ring."

“Harry has [recommended a jeweller]. I grew up in Dorset where he lives, so we have so many mutual friends and places and he’s picked me a place to go. He said, ‘Just say that Harry sent you!’”

Love Island's Chris Hughes and Kem Cetinay on Jack Fincham and Dani Dyer 'break up': "You go through ups and downs"

LOVE ISLAND'S CHRIS HUGHES AND KEM CETINAY ON JACK AND DANI'S 'BREAK UP' AND EXPERIENCING ANXIETY

Our Christmases came early with a visit from Love Island's Chris and Kem who gave their verdict on the the relationship woes of Jack Fincham and Dani Dyer.

"It’s the speed at everything goes. They’ve come out, they’ve won it… it’s hard, you don’t understand it unless you’ve been in that environment and you can kind of envisage it," Chris said.

When asked if Jack and Dani are still together, Kem said, "We don’t really know. We try not to get involved in that because it’s their private life. When you go on the show everyone’s automatically invested in what you're doing, but like any normal relationship you need your privacy."

"Everyone at one point in their relationship, boy or girl, has threatened to break up with each other. It’s normal, you go through ups and downs, but not everyone’s is put in the public eye."

Chris and Kem also discussed experiencing anxiety and why they speak out about mental health.

The Fizz's Jay Aston talks about her mouth cancer: 'I'm here and I wasn't sure I was going to see Christmas'

THE FIZZ'S JAY ASTON TALKS ABOUT RECOVERING FROM MOUTH CANCER

In an emotional chat, The Fizz's Jay opened up about having mouth cancer, with bandmates Cheryl Baker and Mike Nolan becoming upset too.

"I had my last operation in July and I'm still recovering," Jay told us. "I had to have part of my leg taken off and placed on my neck so they could rebuild my tongue. Basically, my tongue is sewn down to the bottom of my mouth so I've only got one working side. It was very painful to smile for a while. I guess it's like scar tissue."

Despite being diagnosed with the disease in June, Jay is now recovering well and looking forward to the future, with The Fizz releasing their first festive album, Christmas With The Fizz.

"I'm here and I wasn't sure I was going to see Christmas, so I'm very happy."
