The perfect finish to a lovely Valentine's meal, try Richard's seductive dark chocolate pudding.
Serves 4
Ingredients:
125g butter
125g dark chocolate
62g caster sugar
3 whole eggs
2 egg yolks
100g plain flour (sieved)
Icing sugar, for dusting
Method:
Melt together the butter and chocolate over a Bain Marie (boiling water).
Whisk together the sugar and eggs until pale and light.
Add the chocolate mixture to the eggs, and then fold in the sieved flour.
Pour into individual ramekins
Bake in a preheated oven (200C) for 5-6 minutes.
Dust with icing sugar and serve with fresh strawberries for dipping and vanilla whipped cream.
