It's a condition that affects two percent of the population, but Chloe Catchpole's struggle with body dysmorphic disorder became so serious that she refused to leave her home.
After suffering from depression and anxiety for years, Chloe was finally diagnosed with the condition aged 20. Her symptoms included a negative body image, obsessive worries about perceived flaws and low self esteem.
Chloe's condition grew so serious that she began to fear leaving the house, experienced suicidal thoughts and self-harmed.
