The most crucial thing I tell all my clients, famous or not, is to get their diet right! He encourages people that want to lose weight or live a healthier lifestyle to eat clean! That means cutting out everything that is artificial and taking it back to basics. Fresh foods like chicken, fish and steamed vegetables, there's no big secret behind it, food just needs to be simple and made from scratch. This dramatically reduces salt in take which will help stop water retention.
Fred will make exercise fun – he is very big on cardio, it's essential and there is no easy way of getting it done, you have to feel the burn and get the heart rate up.
