Try this deliciously healthy yet fabulous recipe!
450g (1lb) 1inch thick beef steak
1½ tsp crushed peppercorns
½ tsp paprika
1 garlic clove crushed
1 medium onion, peeled and quartered
4 mild green chilli peppers (Anaheim peppers) or romano peppers.
4 small cherry tomatoes
4 long skewers
1. Cut the beef steak into kebab size slices.
2. Combine the peppercorns, paprika and garlic then toss the meat in the mixture to coat.
3. Divide the meat into four and place on the four skewers along with the onion wedges and peppers.
4. Put the skewers in a medium/high heat griddle pan and cook for approximately 12 minutes or until cooked, turning occasionally. Add the cherry tomatoes as a garnish.
