This recipe is guaranteed to get the taste buds tingling!
200g whole rolled oats
150g mixed nuts, seed and berries (I have used pumpkin seeds, sun flour seeds, pine nuts, dried cranberries and blueberries)
40g dried apricots finely chopped
2 tbs rapeseed oil
1 tsp ground cinnamon
40g runny honey
20g soft brown sugar
1. In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients then add the honey and oil then stir until fully combined.
2. Spread onto a greased baking tray and bake in a pre heated oven set at 180c / gas mark 4 for 10 to 15 minutes.
3. Remove from the oven and leave to cool before crumbling into an airtight container. Serve with some fresh blueberries and natural yoghurt.
