Try these scrambled eggs with a cheeky twist!
4 free range organic eggs
1 clove garlic crushed
½ green chilli deseeded and finely diced
½ tsp garam masala
2 tsp fresh coriander chopped
1 wholemeal bagel halved
1. Gently fry the garlic in a small dash of olive oil for a couple of minutes, add the chilli and garam masala and continue to cook for a further minute. Beat the eggs then season with salt and pepper.
2. Over a medium heat cook the eggs, stirring as you go. When almost cooked through remove from the heat stir in the coriander and let the residual heat in the pan finish the cooking of the eggs.
3. Serve the eggs on top of the toasted bagel halves.
