No carb cauliflower rice

Use this tasty yet healthy dish as a side to Dean's yummy turkey curry as part of the Miami Beach Diet.
1 cauliflower grated
1. Grate 1 small cauliflower into a microwaveable bowl add about 3-4 tbsp of water.
2. Cover tightly with cling film then microwave for around 4-5 minutes.
3. Serve with healthy turkey curry.
