Start your day with a fruit salad of super berries, apple and pomegranate!
1 granny smith apple, cored and diced
Arils from ½ pomegranate
6 strawberries, hulled and halved
100ml natural fat free yoghurt
30g granola or mixed seeds
1. Divide the fruit between two bowls then spoon over some natural yoghurt.
2. Finally sprinkle the granola or seeds over the top and serve.
3. For a bit of added texture you could toast the seeds in a dry pan for a minute or two to add some extra crunchiness!
