Dean adds coconut water and goji berries to give this tasty smoothie a really nutritious kick!
1 large banana, peeled
250g mixed berries (blueberries raspberries strawberries)
200ml coconut water
2 tbs goji berries
100g rolled oats
100ml low fat natural yoghurt
Place all of the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blitz until smooth. Top up with a little more coconut water to get to your preferred consistency.
You can use frozen berries straight from the freezer as this can be more cost effective.
