Three months ago Michelle Heaton was diagnosed with a mutated gene called BRCA 2 - This means she has an 80 percent chance of developing breast cancer and 30 to 40 percent chance of developing ovarian cancer...
Last week we took Michelle to meet other ladies who have the gene and talk about how they came to their decisions to have preventative surgery.
Today Michelle tells us how she got on when she met a professor of Oncology, a genetic councillour and a plastic surgeon, before letting us know whether of not she is going to go ahead with having a double mastectomy.
