Lorraine is looking for Mums on the Run!
Whether you love to get your jogging shoes on or have never set foot in a gym, we've teamed up with Cancer Research UK to invite women of all ages and levels of fitness to join us at a 5k Race for Life.
On board we have Linda Barker, who wowed us all with her amazing fit physique in ITV's Splash! earlier this year and celebrity trainer Jane Wake who will be here to help you along with her four-week exercise plan. Whether you plan to run or walk the race, Jane's plan suits everyone with tips for warming up, warming down and getting ready for the big day, which will take place in Dulwich on 14th May at 12pm.

Every year hundreds of thousands of women sign up for Race for Life at over 230 5k events across the country, making it the largest women-only fundraising event outside the US. It’s all about uniting to fight cancer and raising money to beat it!
All women regardless of their age, shape or fitness level can take part. You can walk, jog or run and you don’t need to be super fit to join in as it only takes an hour to walk 5k.
Race for Life has raised £493 million since it launched in 1994 and this year is hoping to raise over £50 million to beat all 200 types of cancer which affect both men and women. So, what better reason is there to get involved with Lorraine's Mums on the Run?
