Inspirational Woman of the Year

Nominate your Inspirational Woman of the Year

Lorraine's Inspirational Woman of the Year award is a celebration of exceptional women in our everyday lives. Launched in 2010, some remarkable winners have emerged – ‘ordinary’ women who have achieved the extraordinary. Ultimately, the winner will be decided upon by our viewers.

So who will be Lorraine's Inspirational Woman for 2018? We are looking for women who through their kindness, hard work and determination have either transformed your life or the lives of those around you. Women who have gone above and beyond the call of duty. Women that have overcome difficulties against the odds. This is your chance to give them the recognition they deserve. She might be a family member, a friend, a neighbour or a colleague. So if there is a woman you know who has broken down barriers and brought about real change, then tell us all about her!

– Gill Harler, who passed away from ovarian cancer in February after tirelessly campaigning to raise awareness of ovarian cancer.
