A simple and tasty lunch treat using fresh crab meat, cream cheese and Tabasco.
30g reduced fat cream cheese
1 tsp dry sherry
Small squeeze of lemon juice
1 shake of Tabasco
1/4 teaspoon wholegrain mustard
1/4 spring onion, chopped
30g white crab meat
1 tsp reduced fat mayo
2 slices crusty wholegrain bread, to serve
1. Preheat the oven to 160C/Gas 2.
2. Mix all of the ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Spoon into a small ovenproof dish and bake in the oven for 15 minutes to warm through and brown on top.
3. Delicious served warm or cold or crusty bread.
