A quick and simple porridge to start the day with banana, pecans and maple syrup.
30g porridge oats
25g Pecan nuts
1 medium banana
1 dessertspoon maple syrup
1 tbsp full cream milk
1. Make the porridge in a pan with the water.
2. When it’s cooked stir in a table spoon of full-cream organic milk.
3. Sprinkle with pecan nuts, maple syrup and sliced banana.
