Former celebrity Masterchef winner, actress, presenter and mum of one, Lisa Faulkner, joins us in the Lorraine kitchen to launch the food side of our Little Black Dress Diet.
Over the next four weeks Lisa will show us her four favourite Saints and Sinners recipes where a favourite dish, traditionally loaded with calories is tweaked a bit to become a healthier alternative.
Lisa's kicking off with one of her all time favourite indulgences fish and chips. A portion of the traditional battered and deep fried seaside favourite is at least 800 cals on average.
Lisa will be almost halving that amount with some clever tips while still delivering on flavour!
