Try this simple and healthy stir fry with beef, mange tout and red peppers - part of the Little Black Dress Diet.
2 tsp sunflower oil
150g lean stir-fry steak cut thinly
200g mange tout peas trimmed
1 red pepper, de-seeded and sliced thinly
4 spring onions chopped finely
1 garlic clove, crushed
2 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp corn flour
2 tbsp beef stock
1 tbsp sesame seeds
100g egg noodles, boiled, to serve
1. Using a non-stick frying pan heat oil and stir-fry beef, vegetables and garlic for 4-5 minutes.
2. Mix together the rest of the ingredients separately, then add to the pan and cook for a further 3 minutes. Keep stirring so all the vegetables and beef are coated in sauce.
3. Serve on a bed of cooked egg noodles.
