Pour half a can of soup into a mug and enjoy a filling snack for only 90 calories. Avoid creamy soups and make sure to compare labels and calories to get the healthiest. Those in which you add hot water to sachets tend to be lower in calories.

When you need to satisfy your sweet tooth reach for fruity sorbet. These tend to be lighter than ice creams and are usually fat-free. 100g contains about 120 calories.
