Couldn't be quicker than this healthier version of beans on toast for breakfast.

Serves 1

ingredients:

2 slices whole grain toast
Drizzle (5 ml) of olive oil on both
3 tbsp reduced sugar baked beans
Black pepper to taste

Method:

1. Heat up 3 tablespoons reduced sugar beans in microwave.

2. Meanwhile drizzle 5ml of olive oil over warm toast. Top with warmed baked beans. Season with some black pepper.
