We caught up with Cheryl and Simon Cowell ahead of tomorrow’s judges houses round of The X Factor, where Cheryl is helping Simon choose which of the groups gets through to the live shows.

Alex Eades has been named as this year’s Inspirational Woman Of The Year.

Alex tragically lost her daughter to brain cancer when she was just 19 years old, and has since set up charity Charlotte’s BAG, which raises funds for research into the rare cancer that killed her daughter.
