A tweet by Commons Speaker's wife Sally Bercow about Lord McAlpine was libellous the High Court in London ruled today.
Firefighters spray plane with fire retardant
This amateur footage claims to show the British Airways flights being sprayed with a flame retardant after its emergency landing.

Soldier's cause of death not confirmed
The soldier murdered in Woolwich, south London, has been formally identified as Lee Rigby, 25, and a post-mortem examination has been completed but the cause of death has not been confirmed, Scotland Yard said.
Prayer vigil for murdered soldier
A prayer vigil is being held for Drummer Lee Rigby who was hacked to death in Woolwich on Wednesday. Local people are gathering for the service which is being held near his home in Greater Manchester to honour the soldier murdered in the terrorist attack.
Mark Bridger questioned over April Jones account
Elwen Evans QC, prosecuting, has asked Mark Bridger about April Jones' parents, Paul and Coral.
Mr Bridger said: "I can't even start to understand what they were going through. It was through speaking to [my boss] and the postman that I knew there was a huge search going on."
Miss Evans: "You had killed an unknown little girl."
Mr Bridger: "Yes."
Miss Evans: "You didn't even bother to find out who that little girl was."
Mr Bridger: "What was I supposed to do? Knock on people's doors?"
He said he 'didn't recognise' April that night because it was 'dark'.
He told the court: "My instinct was to go to the police station."
Miss Evans: "Did you go?"
Mr Bridger: "No."
Mark Bridger 'distraught' day after April vanished
Mark Bridger is back in the witness box at Mold Crown Court this morning, being cross-examined by the prosecution.
He has been questioned about his movements on October 2nd - the day after April went missing.
Elwen Evans QC, for the prosecution, asked him what sort of state he was in at around 8.30am that morning.
Mr Bridger replied: "I was in a completely different state to normal... the realisation of me killing a child is with me. I'm distraught, I'm upset, I've had a drink. It's slightly different to a normal morning."

Police: Heathrow landing 'not being treated as a terrorist incident'
Metropolitan Police have said they are not treating the emergency landing at Heathrow Airport as a terrorist incident.

Two men have been released on bail following their arrest for making alleged offensive comments on Twitter about the murder of a British soldier in Woolwich.
Cheesemaker warned by police
The 86 year-old cheesemaker who supplies a wheel of Double Gloucester for the annual cheese rolling event has been warned by police that she could be liable for legal action if anybody is injured. Diana Smart has supplied the 7lb cheese for the race near Brockworth for the past 25 years.
Cheese rolling has taken place at Cooper's Hill on the spring bank holiday since at least the turn of the 19th century. The last official event was held in 2010, when 15,000 people turned up.
Health and safety concerns led to the contest being cancelled, but unofficial competitions have run since. More details here.
Fire Brigade leaves Heathrow after fire put out
The London Fire Brigade has left Heathrow Airport after successfully putting the fire out on a BA aircraft:
