The death toll in the German train crash has reached 11 after the last missing person was found reportedly dead.

Eighteen people were seriously injured and more than 60 hurt in the crash during the Tuesday rush hour.

"Human error" as the trains went round a bend was the cause, according to initial investigation findings.

Two black boxes on board the trains are being examined but investigators are yet to find a third.
