Both Heathrow runways have been closed after a plane lost an engine on take-off.

Arsonists target buildings on fifth night of unrest in Stockholm
Swedish firefighters fought blazes across the capital Stockholm last night after a fifth night of rioting in which banks and police stations were targeted and cars set alight.
The unrest has been focused on the suburb of Husby, where police shot dead an elderly man who was wielding a knife on May 13, but has spread to other areas.

Men arrested over alleged 'racist or anti-religious' tweets
On Wednesday evening, we were contacted by people concerned about comments made on social media accounts.
We began inquiries into the comments and at around 3.20am two men, aged 23 and 22, were detained at two addresses in Bristol.

These comments were directed against a section of our community.
Comments such as these are completely unacceptable and only cause more harm to our community in Bristol.
People should stop and think about what they say on social media before making statements as the consequences could be serious.
Arrests over 'Woolwich Twitter remarks'
Two men have been arrested for making alleged offensive comments on Twitter about the murder of a British soldier.
Complaints were made to Avon and Somerset Police about remarks that appeared on the social networking website, which were of a racist or anti-religious nature.
A 23-year-old and a 22-year-old, both from Bristol, were held under the Public Order Act on suspicion of inciting racial or religious hatred.

The charity Help For Heroes has been swamped with donations, leading to its website crashing after Drummer Lee Rigby was murdered while wearing one of its tops.
Mairead Philpott's father: I could never forgive her
The father of Mairead Philpott, who was jailed for 17 years for her role in the house fire that killed six of her children in May last year, has said he does not support his daughter's appeal against the sentence.
Speaking exclusively to Daybreak, Jim Duffy said he "could never forgive her" for what she has done and that he believes she should have received a life sentence.

Scuba-divers and hovercrafts at bridge collapse scene
Emergency service workers were using hovercrafts and motorboats to inspect the scene of the bridge collapse in Washington as the sun came up today.
Scuba-divers and a helicopter were also taking part in the operation.
Three people were removed from the water with injuries following the incident but no-one was killed, according to the Seattle Times.

Report: Seattle bridge collapsed when truck hit beam
A four-lane bridge in the US state of Washington collapsed because a truck with an "oversized load" hit a steel beam above the lane, the Washington Times reports citing a police sergeant.
The newspaper reports that the bridge was classified as being “fracture critical” by the National Bridge Inventory, meaning that it was vulnerable to collapse if any part of the structure was damaged.
'Correlation' between viewing porn and sex offences
Sue Berelowitz, Deputy Children's Commissioner told ITV's Daybreak that is it clear there is a "correlation" between children who witness violent images and children who carry out violent acts.
But she said it is not clear "which is the chicken and which is the egg".
She said: "Clearly children are influenced by what they see, so the evidence from this report is that when children view extreme and violent images, it is affecting their thresholds around risky behaviours."
