ITV News has obtained CCTV footage of a man described by Thai police as the "prime suspect" in the murder of two British tourists on the island resort of Koh Tao.

Former Prime Minister Gordon Brown has accused the SNP of "perpetrating a lie" about protecting the NHS with independence.
The SNP has suggested the NHS is at at risk due to health policies in Westminster, but Mr Brown said the Scottish parliament already has powers to protect the service.
Brown told a pro-Union event in Clydebank that the nationalists should make way for a Labour government in Scotland if they continued to insist they were "powerless".
"It is the SNP who are perpetrating a lie about what the NHS can and cannot do in Scotland," he said.

The family of murdered British woman Hannah Witheridge have issued a statement, praising her.
Briton David Miller, who was found murdered on the Thai island of Koh Tao with Hannah Wetheridge, was "hard-working, bright and conscientious" and would be "sorely, sorely missed", his family said today
Mr Miller had been visiting Thailand after a six-week placement as part of a scholarship at a mining company in Australia and had recently completed a Civil and Structural Engineering degree at Leeds University, and was expected to leave the country today, his family also said.
